She was predeceased by: her father Salvador Mancilla; and her brother Jerry Mancilla. She is survived by: her mother Velma Mancilla; her husband Robert E. Bell; her children, Robert W. Bell (Gina), Michael Bell (Kriste), Jeffery Bell (Leah), Timothy Bell (Melissa) and Lisa DeVany (Umberto); her siblings, Jack Mancilla (Mary Ann), Jeff Mancilla (Delsa) and Janice Wisneski (Steve); her grandchildren, Samantha Beckwith (Ryan), Emily Bell, Samantha Marino, Isabelle Marino, Maxwell Marino, Zachariah Marino, Meghan Shore (Ronald), Aaron Bell, Nolan Paulson, Leona Bell, Vanna Bell, Xavier DeVany, Victor DeVany, Christian DeVany, Kaitlyn Duncan (Ryan), Kevin Denney and Colin Bell; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Paisley, Kent, Jackson, Aurora and Asher.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bridget's Catholic Church (107 Main St, Hobart, IN 46342).
