He is survived by: his children, Randy Booker of Naples, FL, Victoria Russo of Hoffman Estates, IL and Kevin Booker of Mundelein, IL.; and his sister Joanne Winn of Fredonia, KY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
