He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Allen and Dolly Mae Allen; and his siblings, Richard, Betty Ophelia, Georgia, Arlyn, Thelma, Mary Fay, Elsie, Violia and Dessie of Alzheimer's Association.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Allen; his daughters, Melessia Tabla (Tim), Dolly Tabla (Dewey) and Michelle Allen (Andrew Voeltz); his grandsons, Mitchell Tabla (Kelly), Tyler Madsen and Connor Tabla; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Joy and Gracie Evangeline Tabla. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
