He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mitchell and Evelyn Mitchell (Gardener); and his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Urbahns; his sons, Dennis, Daniel, Jeffrey and Jeremy; and his brother Benny Mitchell. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
