He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanisław Kusmider and Jozefa Kusmider; and his brother Jurek Kusmider. He is survived by : his wife Hanna Kusmider; his children, Marta Yang (Daniel) of Gurnee, IL and Tomasz Kusmider (Renata) of Orland Park, IL; his grandchildren, Michael, Kasia, Caroline and Juliett; his siblings, Casey Kusmider (Anna), Matthew Kusmider (Anna) and Alicja Szaroma (Tadeusz); and his stepchildren, Justyna (Bartek) and Adam Bialoblocki. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and grandniece.
