She is survived by : her husband Shaun McGushion; her daughter Cassondra Carrier (Jared); her grandchildren, Alana and Joseph Carrier; her siblings, Jeffery Leonard and Jennifer Stratton (Philip); and her nieces and nephews, Jenilee, Steven, Lauren and Caleb.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
