She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Stickels and Laurel Stickels; and her husband Daniel O'Brien. She is survived by : her children, Lydia DaVaney (John), Laurel Long (David) and Jacob O'Brien (Stormy); her grandchildren, Alexus, Madison, Allison and Olivia; and her siblings, David Stickels (Brenda), Mark Stickels (Ann) and Lisa Bale.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
