He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Eyer. He is survived by: his wife Amber Eyer; his children, Isabel Phillips (Camden) of East Tennessee, Carol Eyer of East Tennessee, Caleb Eyer of Hobart and Rebekah Eyer of Hobart, Indiana.; his grandson Nicholas Phillips; his father Donald Eyer; his sister Gina Latta (Anthony); and his close friends, Tim Gross (Cheryl) and Dan Hazzard (Vicky). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
