He is survived by: his children, Mickey Embrey and Lindsay Embrey; his granddaughters, Olivia Segally and Leona Segally; his former wife Connie; and his siblings, Debbie Embrey, Ginger Embrey, Lisa Embrey, Shawn Embrey and Jay Embrey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
