She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Wolucka and Elizabeth Wolucka; her husband Paul Horn; her son Charles Horn; her siblings, John Wolucka, Jim Miller, Betty Steinbach (Frank) and Sandy Spires; her siblings-in-law, Amy Chambers, Frank Horn and Jim Horn; and her mother-in-law Darlene Horn.
She is survived by: her son Lee Allen Horn (Darlene); her daughter-in-law Joan Horn; her grandchildren, Jillian Horn, Jonathon Horn (Dana), Justin Horn (Brianne), Bradley Horn (Daisy), Julia Garza (James), Samantha Horn, Breanna Horn and Michael Anderson (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Lola, Bodie, Brynlee, Grayden, Taytum, Ezekiel and Oliver; and her sisters-in-law, Ursula Miller, Pattie Horn and Lynn Horn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rees Funeral Home (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342).
