He is survived by: his children, Terry L. Lewis Jr. (Melissa), KyLee R. Lewis and Justice L. Lewis; his parents, Dorothy Sult (Eddie) and Dannie L. Lewis Sr. (Glenda); his siblings, Glenda Lewis, Jacob Lewis (Debra), Dannie Lewis Jr. (Roxie), Daniel Lewis (Melissa) and Matthew Lewis; and his stepfather Wesley Edmonds (Tara Lewis). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
