He was predeceased by : his parents, James O'Keefe and Ruth O'Keefe; his brother James O'Keefe; and his sister-in-law Kay O'Keefe. He is survived by : his girlfriend Becky Hall; his nephews, Steve O'Keefe and Greg O'Keefe (Tana); his great-nephew Michael O'Keefe; his great-niece Jennifer Benjamin; and his close friend Mary Conder. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
