He is survived by: his caregiver Stephanie Boucher; his brother Jim Meitzler; his nephews, Skip, Darrell and Mike; and his close friend Sheila Raye.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Portage United Pentecostal Church (2865 Willowdale Rd, Portage, IN 46368). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (2701 Willowdale Rd, Portage, IN 46368).
