She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander Smith and Gertrude Smith (Meyer); her husband Lowell E. McGlothlin; her sister Mary Jane Smith Himsel (John); her sister-in-law Darlene Smith (David); and her niece Natalie Jo Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Scott of Dale and Reid (Gretchen) of Carmel; her grandchildren, Hunter, Jake of Dale and Chelsea (John) of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Jack, Clark and Bonnie; and her siblings, David Smith and Nancy Leonard (Bill).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holland Park, PO Box 2, Holland, Indiana 47541, to help renovate the McGlothlin basketball court.
