Scott L. Brown Obituary
We announce the death of Scott L. Brown of Holland, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 77. Scott will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard, Hazel Brown, Beth Hochmeister and Rev. Elshoff; and his mother Maxine Mendel.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Brown; his daughter Melissa Hodge; his grandsons, Joshua and Jonathan Hodge; and his sisters, Marsha, Susie and Judy. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Nass & Son Funeral Home (208 Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Nass and Son Funeral Home (208 Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Nass & Son Funeral Home (208 Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dubois County Humane Society.
