He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Durbin and Bertha J. Durbin (Stickford); his wife Edna Marie Durbin (Edwards); and his daughter-in-law Candace Durbin. He is survived by: his children, Olin Durbin of Rushville, Dean Durbin (Carol) of Martinsville and Dana Durbin (Rene) of Homer; and his grandchildren, Tevis Durbin (Jenny) of Fishers, Kevin Durbin (Jessica) of New Palestine, Chris Durbin (Courtney) of Moscow, Tony Durbin (Melissa) of Fountaintown, Samuel Durbin (Erin) of Ohio, Drew Durbin (Whitney) of Connersville and Dana Rene Durbin of Homer. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home (437 Amos Rd, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
