He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mulder and Mabel Beek Mulder; and his brother-in-law Donald Kastein. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mulder of Fond du Lac; his children, Amy Loomans (Paul) of Waupun, David Mulder (Michelle Engebretson) of Fond du Lac, Matt Mulder (Nicole) of Oshkosh and Mary Mulder (Josh Nowicki) of Waupun; his stepdaughter Michelle Trehey of Tennessee; his sister Donna Kastein of Rosendale; and his nephews, Douglas and Daniel Kastein (Trisha) of Waupun. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be directed to the Waupun Hockey Association for the floor project.
