He is survived by: his wife Vallie Colene Willen; his daughters, Debbie Malone (Bill) of Columbus, IN. and Donita Butler (Marvin Easter) of Columbus, IN.; his granddaughters, Tasha Wainscott (Cory) and Tara Smith; his great grandchildren, Adisyn Dean Smith and Ella Dean Wainscott; and his siblings, Naoma Henson of Union Hill, TN. and Janetta Crawford of Columbus, IN.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society through the funeral home.
