We bid farewell to Gary Jahn Calender of Hope, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 23, 2025 at the age of 63. Gary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Calender and Betty Newsom; and his nephew Nathan Calender. He is survived by: his son Travis Calender (Elizabeth) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Harrison Calender of Columbus, Virginia Lecklider, Dalton Jones and Shirley Lecklider; and his siblings, Lynn Calender (Cheryl) of Kentucky, Nancy Saylor (Tim) of Hope and Kenny Calender (Abby) of Clifford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
