He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wallace and Ethel Wallace; his wife Cathy Peck; and his son John "Jay" Wallace. He is survived by: his son William J. Wallace of Horicon; his daughter-in-law Liz Wallace of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Cyndi Bantz (Jake) of Hedehusene, William J. Wallace, Jr. of Fox Lake, David and Andrew Wallace of Beaver Dam; and his sister Susan Dollard of Madison. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
