With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Janes of Hope, Indiana, who passed away on September 20, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gorea Jessee and Gertie Barnes Jessee; her spouse Jesse W. Janes; her daughter Sheila Dailey; and her granddaughter Bridgett Froedge.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Froedge (Ronnie) of Columbus and Jeff Janes (Tammy) of Hope; and her grandchildren, Jesse Bernard (Heather) of Marietta, GA, Stacy York of Hope, Amanda Foist (Erica) of Hope, Hannah Smith (Brad) of Franklin, Ethan Janes (Grace Dillow) of Beech Grove, Brianna Dulworth (Craig) of Whiteland, Todd Froedge (Alicia) of Seymour, Tonya Ruf (Sam) of Greensburg, Courtland Robertson (Chayla) of Westport and Ashley Sachleben (James) of Columbus. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
