Phillips of Syracuse, Indiana; his sisters, Amber Phillips (Cody Roggow) of Burr Oak, Casey Phillips of Coldwater and Olivia Phillips of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his grandfather Don Phillips; and his aunts and uncles, Deb of Howe, Indiana and Russell Miltibarger of Howe, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
