He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth I. Warner and Naida M. Warner (Libey); and his brother Bradley Warner. He is survived by : his nephew Brandon M. Warner (Beth) of Indianapolis, IN; his great-nephew Vincent; his uncle Jack Libey of Florida; and his cousins, Stacie, Tracie, Kacie, Paige Darcie, Rikki and Larry Libey (Kathy).
