He was predeceased by : his father William A. Patrick; his grandparents, C. M. John and Helen Nadine Halsey; and his father-in-law Nathaniel Moore. He is survived by : his mother Carolyn A. Patrick (Halsey) of LaGrange, IN; his wife Christa Moore; his daughters, Kasey Haver (Lee) of Kendallville, IN, Ashlee Alexander (Cody) of Three Rivers, MI and Amber Tuttle of Albion, IN; his grandchildren, Sebastian Haver, Sullivan Haver, Trenton Alexander and Anzlee Alexander; his sister Brenda O'Brien (Mark) of Ashley, IN; his mother-in-law Shelby J. Moore (Yorkie) of Hamilton, IN; and his pet Copper.
