He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Blair and Nellie O. Blair (Adams); and his siblings, Elsie Blair, Jenny Stippich, Bernice Gephart, Verlin and Glen Blair.
He is survived by : his children, Candy Wallick (Richard) of Howe, IN, Rodney Blair (Christine) of Howe, IN and Kimberly Speicher (Tim) of LaGrange, IN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
