He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Eminger and Elsie Mae Eminger (Marshall); and his wife Nancy E. Smith. He is survived by: his children, Ross W. Eminger, Jr. (Tonia Farrington) of Howe, IN and Dawn Thornsberry (Todd) of Howe, IN; his grandchildren, Miranda Brown (Tony), Tyler Ross Eminger, Zachary Thornsberry and Zoey Thornsberry; his sisters, Martha Emmons (Joseph) of Sun City, AZ and Elizabeth Stoll of Columbia, SC; and his pet Daisy Mae. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Frurip-May Funeral Home (309 W Michigan St, LaGrange, IN 46761). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
