She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Fraley and Vada Fraley-Fieffer (Mabry); her stepfather Theodore Fieffer; her siblings, Esta Fraley, Derlin Kegley, Roscoe Kegley, Garlin Fraley (Judy), Tommy Fieffer and Mae Simms; and her nephew Joshua Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Parsons (Kristi), Jennifer Parsons (Tom) and Julia Cole (Chris); her siblings, Brenda Krosschell (Gene), Arlene Foster, Theodore Sonny Fieffer (Cathy) and Shirley McMeans (Sam); her sisters-in-law, Pauline Kegley and Marcy Kegley; and her close friends, Barb Wright and Donna Ashley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
