With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Harper (Hudson, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Harper and Cecilia Harper (Pranger); his wife Barbara A. Schuckel; and his brother Paul Harper. He is survived by: his children, Terrence Harper (Rita) of Fort Wayne, Mark Harper of Fort Wayne, Dennis Harper (Teresa) of Kendallville, Donald Harper (Theresa) of Hudson, Cynthia DeCook (Gordon) of Hudson and Michaelle Guzman (Marcos) of El Paso, Texas; and his brother David L. Harper (Patricia) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
