She was predeceased by: her parents, Burel Smith and Martha Smith; her son Michael Lewis; and her brothers, James and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Shari Lewis and Cleotis Arnell Lewis; and her siblings, Doretha, Loretha, Donnie and Fran. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5401 St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835).
