He was predeceased by: his parents, John Anthony Kaperka and Elizabeth Rachelle Deeb Kaperka. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cook Kaperka; his sister Patricia Hall of Coxsackie, NY; and his children, Matthew Kaperka (Victoria) of Davenport, Elizabeth Andrews of Fort Wayne and Kathleen Lewis (Daniel) of Fort Wayne.
