It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula J. Knepper-Wert (Huntertown, Indiana), who passed away on March 30, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Paula is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Paula's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace O'June Knepper (Herring) and Forrest Knepper; and her sister Judith Caress. She is survived by: her husband John R. Wert; and her sisters, Rebecca Arnold (Stephen) and Lynda Arnold (David).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children.
