He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Dave of Rensselaer, Bill of Huntingburg and Garilyn Bailey of Belle Chase; his grandchildren, Katelyn, David, Jake, Nikki, Chris and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Noah, Hudson and Emilee; and his siblings, Barbara, Vern and Andy Jay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
