He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Holtzman and Dorothy Holtzman; and his brother Samuel Holtzman. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anne Crain of Fremont; his children, Seth of Huntington, Cameron of Columbia City and Elizabeth of Huntington; and his siblings, Suzette Hearn (Denis) of Georgia, Jon Holtzman (Sharon) of Georgia, Clark Holtzman (Ann) of North Carolina and Joel Holtzman of Georgia.
