It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Marie Everhart of Huntington, Indiana, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Krider and June Krider (Baker); and her husband Don. She is survived by: her children, Carlene Peters (Jay) of Huntington, Cathalene Smith (Scott) of Fort Wayne, Chris Stephan (Brett) of Huntington and Chad Stephan (Erica) of Warren; her stepchildren, Rhonda Etherington (Jim) and Brett Everhart (Ann Marie); her sister Margie Stinson (Dave) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Kelsey McCafferty (Chris), Tannan Peters (Arielle), Quinton Smith, Hannah Peters, Lauren Spahr (Walker), Kaitlyn Heaston (Garrett), Ethan Stephan and Dalton Stephan; her stepgrandchildren, Tyler Etherington (Megan) and Carly Ryan (Bobby); her great grandchildren, Lena, Marcus, Maci, Madison, Hadley, Julia, Meagan, Luey, Parker and Reese; and her grandchild Hanah Peters.
