He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Linda Crider of Huntington, IN and Mark Fuller (Chris) of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandchildren, Thomas Crider, Ian Crider, Andrew Crider, Brianna Walter (Paul), Stephen Fuller and Meghan Fuller.
