As Cindy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Cindy. Though Cindy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Hoppes and Frances Hoppes; her sister Jan Riddle; her brother-in-law Steve Gray; and her grandparents, George and Pansey McKeand.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Bales (Ryan) and Josh Williams of Huntington; her grandchildren, Branson (Brynn Rollins) of Columbia City, Kyan Bales (Laci Jefferies) of Huntington and Camara Williams of Ohio; and her siblings, Karen Gray of Anderson and Rick Biven (Susie) of Corpus Christi, Texas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
