He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Fulton. He is survived by: his mother Edie Fulton (Hefner); his wife Rebecca Fulton of South Pointe, OH; his children, Luz Maria Stell (Nathan), BJ Fulton (Andrea Chesterman) of Huntington, IN and Sarah "Fred" Fulton (Ben Williams) of Warren, IN; his siblings, Sarah A. Fulton, Dan Fulton (Angie), Sandra Atkinson (Scott) and Susan Fulton; and his grandchildren, Layla, Bella, Rosie, Adora, Frankie, Ophelia, Johnathan and Grayson.
