She was predeceased by: her father Francis Shockome; and her siblings, Jay Shockome, Michael Shockome, Francis Shockome, Dan Shockome and Mary Gibeau.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Lewis; her children, Butch Gearhart (Melissa) of Hartford City, IN and Chasity Nartker (Brett) of Fort Wayne, IN; her stepdaughters, Kristi Armstrong (Todd) of Angola, IN and Misti Perkins (Chris) of Spencerville, IN; and her sister Pat Wright (William) of Anderson, IN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Riley Children's Hospital in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750.
