He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Horn and Pauline M. Horn (Sparks); and his mother-in-law Bonnie Bragg. He is survived by: his grandson Azariah; his wife Donna Kay Horn; his children, Michael Horn (Clarissa), Matthew Horn, Laura Hosler (Justin), Daniel Horn (Jen), Angela Lehman (Mark) and Jeremy Page; his stepson Tedd Ward (Amy); his daughter-in-law Renee Wagner; his sisters, Ruth Earnest (Larry) and Claudia Howell (John); and his father-in-law Robert B. Bragg. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and one step great-grandchild.
