He is survived by: his wife Debra Miller Rice; his children, Timothy Spencer of Huntington, IN and Angela Spencer of Atlanta, GA; his stepchildren, Dawn Mitcham (Jeffery) of Huntington, IN and Scott Rice (Holly) of Roanoke, IN; his siblings, Curtis Odell Spencer (Roslyn) of Fort Wayne, IN and Tishie Storms of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Kendra, Kelsey, Madison, Nicholas, Gracie and John Michael; his great grandchildren, Aydan, Elijah, Elias, Miles and Liberty; and his former wife Carolyn Bennett of Huntington, IN..
