He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Drummond of Huntington, IN and Wilma Chapin Drummond; and his wife Phyllis Okuly. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Drummond of Huntington, IN and Kurt Drummond (Carmyn) of Fort Wayne, IN; his siblings, Gary Richard of Estero, FL, John Drummond of Huntington, IN and Pam Boyd of Huntington, IN; and his grandchildren, Talon Drummond, Holli Drummond, Trae Hille and Grant Drummond.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McElhaney Funeral Home (715 N Jefferson St, Huntington, IN 46750). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery N. (500 N, Huntington, IN 46750).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
