He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Spreen and Vera Spreen (Diehm). He is survived by : his wife Barbara Monfett; his sons, Frederick Spreen of Fort Wayne, IN and William Spreen of Prescott, AZ; and his sister Joan Kendall (David) of Huntington, IN..
