She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Hosler and Juanita Ressie Hosler (Cleland); and her brother Dennis Hosler. She is survived by: her husband Jay Leist; her daughter Chloe Leist of Huntington; her stepson Jason Leist (Beth) of Huntington; and her brothers, Roger Hosler (Wanda) of Huntington and David Hosler (Lavon) of Huntington. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
