He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerald J. Phillips and Sharon K. Phillips (Landes). He is survived by: his son Hunter Phillips of Huntington; his brother Jeff Phillips of Huntington; his nieces, Macy Aouhalkah (Nick) of Huntington and Madison Phillips of Huntington; and his nephew Montana Phillips of Huntington.
