She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Amick and Grace Amick (McBride); and her sisters, Bonnie Forney, June Webber, Betty Stahl and Nancy Parker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Hines of Huntington and Natalia Morris of Jackson, MI; and her grandchildren, Sarah Klages, Ashley Bender, Laura Grizzard and Michael Hines. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
