She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Marion C. Brown and Rev. Hattie Bell Brown; and her siblings, Dorothy Thomas (George), Doris Ann Millhouse (Lewis), Helen Rogers (David), Harold (Hal) and Jerry Brown (Barbara).
She is survived by: her husband Roy Moats; and her children, Erich Maxwell, Susan Maxwell and Sarah Maxwell. She is also survived by grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
