It is with sadness that the passing of Johnye Lu Winkelman of Huntington, Indiana is shared. Johnye, born on May 1, 1940, passed away on June 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnson Snipes and Lorraine Snipes (Winford); and her sister Linda Arthurholtz. She is survived by: her children, Diane Henn (Dave) of Huntington, Anna Hornish (Josh) of Milford and Doug Winkelman (Misty) of Fort Mill; her sister Wanda VonEhr of Culver; and her grandchildren, Jessica Wolf, Tyler Henn, Alli Schiffli, Ryan Cook, Lynsey Matityahu, Alissa Hindle, Jason Winkelman, Jordan Winkelman and Eli Hornish. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, her eighteen great grandchildren.
