He was predeceased by: his mother Kathryn Shultz (Helvie). He is survived by: his father David Shultz of Huntington; his children, Zachariah Shultz (Chazz Shultz), Jackie Covey and Brianna Hardy; his brothers, Everett Shultz (Sara) of Franklin, PA and David H. Shultz of Huntington; and his grandmother Phyllis Shultz of Huntington. He is also survived by two grandchildren; eight nieces and nephews.
