He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Brown and Lelah Brown (Camblin); and his siblings, Mildred Wall, Martha Eppard, Floyd, Earnest, Dale, Don and Von Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Brown (Sheets); his sister Betty Brown; and his children, Colleen Nye (Ron), Tammy Brown, Kathy Rose (Marty), Terri Sorg (Andy), Mike Keplinger (Cheryl) and Mark Keplinger (Evie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home (600 Countryside Dr, Columbia City, IN 46725). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
