He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis I. Jacobs and Martha Mae Jacobs (Oldfather); his sister Linda Fulton; and his parents-in-law, Herman and Verna Mae Griffiths.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Anne Griffiths; his children, Paul Jacobs (Heidi) and Mary Jacobs of Marion, IN; his grandchildren, Kathleen Patel (Pritesh) and Timothy Jacobs; his brother Sam Jacobs; and his brother-in-law Walter Fulton.
